United by the Education UxE, Collective BEING, CEDFI, POLIS, University of Azuay, The Source – Investigative Journalism, Fundación Fernando Lives and Go Strategies is pleased to announce the Conference on Innovation and Educational Transformation that will take place on April 26, 2024 in Cuenca, Ecuador. This event, led by the renowned educator and activist Sergio Rams, social innovator, and Project Manager in united States by Education – UxE, who are visiting us from Spain. With a vast experience in both national and international, Rams has worked tirelessly for an education that will promote free societies, fair and sustainable.
The day began at 9:00 a.m. in the auditorium José Cordero Acosta of the University of Azuay (UDA) with a q & a session not to be missed. Jeremiah Tama representative of the School of Political Training POLIS, shared his vision. Also join Amanda Villavicencio, director of the portal of investigative journalism, "The Source", with Sergio Rams. The moderator of this space was Carmen Iñiguez, a political activist. This panel discussion, I seek to explore the transformative power of education, and journalism as a tool to counteract the narcocultura.
