The meeting took place in the <strong><em>Auditorium Jos\u00e9 Cordero Acosta <\/em><\/strong>of the Faculty of Legal Sciences from 10:00 am, and counted with the participation of 40 fellows, who had the opportunity to attend various conferences and workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event began with the workshop of\u00a0<strong>Political Leadership<\/strong>\u00a0by Dr. Adrian Castro, Assembly member for the Azuay, who shared his experience and tips on how to lead in the political sphere. Then, our Director General,\u00a0<strong>Jeremias Tama<\/strong>, led a conference entitled\u00a0<strong>&#034;The raison d&#039;\u00eatre of the State: What is the Ideal State?&#034;<\/strong>, which provided a space for reflection deep, inviting attendees to rethink the ideas of Locke and Montesquieu, and their relevance in the current context.
