This September 28, POLIS Academy of Political Education joined the Club of Commerce and International Business from the University of Azuay to assist in the planning and execution of the Liberty Ground, an event organized by the NGO International Students for Liberty. The meeting took place in the Auditorium José Cordero Acosta of the Faculty of Legal Sciences from 10:00 am, and counted with the participation of 40 fellows, who had the opportunity to attend various conferences and workshops.

The event began with the workshop of Political Leadership by Dr. Adrian Castro, Assembly member for the Azuay, who shared his experience and tips on how to lead in the political sphere. Then, our Director General, Jeremias Tama, led a conference entitled "The raison d'être of the State: What is the Ideal State?", which provided a space for reflection deep, inviting attendees to rethink the ideas of Locke and Montesquieu, and their relevance in the current context. The day continued with presentations of Marcelo Lamb on Leadership in Social Networks and other speakers as Marcelo Vázquez and Geovanny Paez, who provided valuable insights into their respective areas of expertise.

POLIS is committed to the development of spaces for dialogue and political education for the youth of the country, working in partnership with academic institutions and international organizations.
